MANIFESTO NO. 2*

 

Time and again the present administration of AMA Computer College-Makati Campus has shown its true color – an administration of injustice, arrogance and inefficiency.

 

This manifesto has been written out of our cry for the abuses committed by the present administration of this College. This is a collective effort from the constituents of AMA community whose purpose is to awaken the administration from its deep state of slumber – that a particular school official habitually manipulates people and circumstances to serve his/her selfish motives.

 

So we say…………. NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

NO! to a school official who asked for a laptop and printer from the students;

NO! to a school official who brought a TV set out of the school premises to his/her

                home;

NO! to a school official who approves candidates for graduation although these

                  students have NFE/failing grades from other subjects;

NO! to a school official who willfully disobeys memorandum from the AMA Corporate

                Office;

NO! to a school official who let organizers (teachers and students alike) of

                activities to spend money from their own pockets although the Head Office

                 provides funds for these activities, e.g., Dean’s Night;

NO! to a school official who  received payment of P8,000 from the students for 

                Auditorium use;

NO! to a school official who continuously manipulate people to serve his/her own

                interests;

NO! to a school official who tolerates subordinates to do corrupt practices.

 

We have school authorities to guide us, to protect us and to serve us. They are not in the positions to abuse us.

 

This is not the time to become complacent. This is the right time for us to stand up, get united, and to declare to the world that we are the catalysts of social change – that we are individuals who are enlightened and enjoy the freedom of speech and of expression that our great heroes have fought before. Let us start to become vigilant.

 

Let us unite ourselves for the betterment of AMA Computer College-Makati Campus.

Hi all!
I am Orlando Esparrago. People call me, Dean Orly. I am the only certified Dean in AMA Makati because AMA management can’t hire a Dean better than me. Besides, if they do, they have to pay higher salary to that Dean. Furthermore, another Dean may not like this corrupt administration. So, I am the only certified corrupt Dean who can go along with all the intentions of the management. What do I do in my job? That’s a very good question. Honestly, I do nothing. I am a S.S.G. (Super Smart Gay). I always search for opportunities. Opportunities from the students and from the management. And that is basically the job I am paid for. How crazy it is to think of the management of AMA? Hahaha…….

LET US HELP MR.ANTHONY ALONZO, who has been dismissed early by the admin of ama makAti with an invalid reason, NOT ONLY BY MORAL SUPPORT BUT ALSO FINANCIAL SUPPORT BECAUSE HIS FATHER WAS CONFINED IN THE HOSPITAL SINCE LAST WEEK AND HE DOESN’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY THE HOSPITAL BILLS.

I am shocked to see your message Orly. Ako ang pinaka bagong appointed Dean of AMA Makati, Dean Daniel John L. Gatus. I knew I was born an absolute idiot, but you see Orly, i am the Dean of AMA Makati.Yan ang totoo. Kaya, shut your mouth up and contemplate how idiot AMA Management is. Maaring ikaw ay Super Smart Gay. Pero ako naman ang Super Stupid Gay. I have two principles in life. Being boastful and talking nonsense. Kaya marahil ako ngayon ang honorable Dean of AMA Makati occupying one big office. What can you say Orly? I am sure, you feel Jealous of me. Guess what, I give you an advice. Follow me, my footstep. Become stupid like me; Change from Super Smart Gay to Super Stupid Gay. Malay mo, you may probably be the future Dean again. However, take note; I will still remain your superior by being the school director of AMA Makati. That is my final goal, yes. Do you realize what you two are doing in my school? If you don’t like the system, get out of AMA. I am sick and tired of you. You two are bloodsuckers of my school. I am ordering two notices of termination for two of you effective immediately. If my security guards see any of you within four kilometers radius of AMA Makati, they will burn you with gasoline. No I am sorry, gasoline is quite expensive today. I will order them to burn you with Tanduay Ginebra.
I have been busy making money by fooling the students, faculties and most of the employees and you two are bringing troubles for me? That won’t happen at all. I will immediately eradicate you. My business is more important than you silly cockroaches. Don’t you know I am a huge CROCODILE. I can devour you all. I became rich by cutting employees, paying them smallest salaries possible and producing policies that can save me lots of money. Yes, we are talking about money. Do you understand? Not small money. Ha! Big Big Big Bulk of money. You assholes, get the hell out of my business domain.

sa darating na 8.08.2008 tau ay magsamasama para sa katarungan para kay Mr. ALONZO kailangan ng umaksyon nanawagan kame sa lahat ng mga guro estudyante kung maari mag suot ng ITIM para simbulo ng pagkamatay ng hustisya at kawalang aksyon ng ADMIN ng AMA…. magsamasama tau dahil kung HINDI NGAUN, HINDI BUKAS KAILAN PA MATATAPOS ANG PROBLEMA NG ATING PAARALAN….. inuulit ko 08.08.2008 magitim tau mga kasama……

mga bulok na sistema:

1. Mabagal na process ng pagkuha ng grades (TOR) pababalik balikin ka (may makakasalamuha ka pang masungit na registrar) hindi ba dapat Customer Relation ay maayos.

2. Magugulat ka AMA Pentium 4 daw yan pero san kappa bulok mga computer daig pa ung STI sa mga brand new computers nila naturingang computer school.

3. Naku ID system magugulat ka may bar code yan sa likod ala nman bar code reader sa school daig pa ang ibang mga school na din man ganun kalaki mga tuition fee.

4. Aircon bulok din ung iba nga display lang san kapa… ayaw pa kasing palitan eh…

5. GYM naku parang bodega di man lang ipaayos o pagandahin nung una dko pinansin basta may nagagamit kames a PE pero nung graduating nko dun ko nlng narealize kung baket hindi pinapagawa ung GYM and other school facilities. Pano pla eh kc lilipat pla nang building. Nung una natuwa ako kc lilipat nkame sa bagong building ung commercial pa sa TV ghanda diba un pla graduate nlng me saka tuluyang binuksan.

6. Lumipat sa SOUTH SUPER HIGHWAY naku makikipag patintero ka kay kamatayan bago ka makapasok sa bilis ng mga sasakyan diman lng gumawa ng paraan ung school or management para man lng sa kapakanan ng students.

May mga revelation ako sa AMA about TEACHERS.

1. Totoo lahat ng mga sinasabe ng students mga Teachers na lalagyan. But please be open mind hindi lahat ng teachers ganun may mga reasons.
a. Kung minsan mga students nag offer para lng pumasa sa subject.
b. Delayed mga sweldo ng teachers dko alam cno may problem HR ba o walang pondo pa sweldo impossible nman kaya nga may tuition fee diba? San ka nakakita na 4 paydays ala sweldo 2 months ala pasahod kada unang pasok ng Tri edi gutom na mga pamilya nung teacher. Kaya ako dko masisi mga teacher kung minsan un lng may mga mapagsamantalang mga teacher tlga okie lng kung walang money involve eh pero ang mamahal nman ng mga request ng iba…. Kaya kung gs2 mo pumasa mag aral ka ng TODO….para dika mabiktima.

2. Quality Eduacation daw sa AMA asus baket tinanggal mga may MASTERAL sa AMA sabi hindi na daw kc cla kayang pasweldohin mataas kc swedlo nla panu nlng diba…. Ung iba gagawan nla ng issue para matanggal.
a. Alex Caleja ang intriga sa likod ng upuan at biometric scan sa CCS faculty noon baket ba cia natanggal pano nlman ng ADMIN na may kinubra cia pera sa students may Gosh dahil lang sa upuan papakasira ka kahit mali pa ung ginawa nya pano nlman (ako opinion ko kc hindi cla nakatanggap hindi cla nakinabang kaya ayun pinatalsik cia o nagresign nga ba?) CRAB MENTALITY lang yan (iba tlga PINOY.)
b. Effect nun madaming teacher nadamay mga taong walang malay nadamay Ayun natanggal din sa mga taga AMA Makati kilala nyo na kung sino mga un.
c. Ung iba nag resign nlng ata bago pa madamay may kinalaman ka man o wala mahirap na Panggalan na kc ang nakasalalay d2 eh.
d. Leonardo Paul akala mo kung sinong matalino mayabang pa nalalagyan din nman ng mga branded na gamit take note dapat original…

3. School Facilities and School Activities.
a. San ka nakakita na bulok mga gamit. May AMA1 tower na centralized aircon na pang display na ginagamit lng kpag may mga bisita na mahahalagang tao sa AMA. Take note kung students ka sorry hindi ka mahalaga kaya hindi bukas ang AC.
b. May nabasa ako na article sa blog na c ARA daw kpag nasa AMA may hawi boys yan sa elevator dka pasasakayin oo nga nman baka kc saksakin mo bigla c CHAIRMAN panu nman kc lhat kahit cno nakakapasok sa AMA dinman nasisita ng guards paswertihan nlng kung dka familiar sa guard.
c. Mecha Lab wow robotics daw may nabasa me article na natapos nlng daw tri hindi man nla nagamit robotic ARM panu crap la un display lng hehehe.
d. School Activities na limited lang kc nman san ka gagawa ng activities sa AMA Makati ala nman lugar…. PONDO money matters nho!
e. San ka nakakita ng STUDENT COUNCIL na I aapoint lng ayaw ng DEAN na may votation baket? (kaya pla kc cgurado magiging anti admin mga student council.) dapat pati students hawak nla.
f. San ka nakakita ng school activities na pati teacher nag bibigay ng pondo sariling dukot papanga kuan na mababayaran pero asa ka pangako nlng un ng ADMIN sau sasabhin na ala pa ung budget para dun baket na dedelayed ang budget? Kaya nga activities diba okie fine madelayed man baket dinababayaran anu kya san na napunta budget (aha sa bulsa nla cguro.)

Problems/Questions about THESIS:
1. Bkit kelangan maging super duper hirap ng mga thesis proposals ng mga estudyante? Eh hangang if else nga lng ang itinuturo nila eh. Swerte ka na kung umabot ka pa ng for loop.
2. Bkit ang mga CS/IT students pinapagawa ng mga robotics thesis? Elow?!?!?! CS/IT nga eh. Indi kami Engineering students noh!
3. In case na gumawa ka nga ng robotics thesis, bkit kelangan iiwan ung robot sa skul? db dpat inuuwi un ng estudyante kasi sila ang gumastos dun.
4. Dpat ba tlgang diktahan ng “Thesis Committee” ang mga fields of research na pwede mong ipropose? Db dpat kung ano ang gu2ng gawin ng estudyante ang masusunod? Gu2 nila mobile app. Kpag nagpropose ka nman ng mobile app dpat dun lng sa series nung fone nila.
5. Kpag nman nakapasa ka na ng Thesis A at kinukuha mo na ang Thesis B mo, bkt nila pinapabago pa ung mga software features mo? Eh db sila din nman ang nag-approve nun nung gumawa ka ng documents mo nung Thesis A?
6. Kpag nagpropose ka ng isang software na nagrerequire ng hardware? bkt kelangan mong idonate ung hardware mo? At eto pa ang malupet, kung gu2 mo ng madaling thesis proposal, kelangan mong magdonate ng laptop/computer/printer.
